Peer Pressure

I am researching peer pressure in teens. It relates to the book I read over the summer because Winifred changed her personality to impress her friends. She did some things that she wouldn't do otherwise like treating Bernie like he did't exist. Peer pressure is common in many teens in school, at home, and in sports. Some effects can be positive or negative depending on what the person is pressured to do. An example of a good thing comming from peer pressure is kids taking better care of themselves. A possible negative example is cheating on a test.  It is related to my life because with starting highschool there is going to be some peer presure so i have to larn how to deal with it.
